The breakfast included natural orange juice and various fresh options. The location was near a subway and the port. The staff provided luggage storage and early check-in.

The room felt small. It was not decorated in any special way. There was not enough closet space for personal clothing items.

dusty surfaces noise problem

the location was acceptable, close to the metro station.

I encountered some issues . the room was not clean. Dust was visible on surfaces. noise was a significant problem as well. i could hear everything from the hallway, even when other guests were walking by or cleaning staff were working.

amazing stay near everything!

perfect location sweet touch strong water pressure great choices

the location was perfect for my needs and i found it easily accessible. the complimentary bottle of water and chocolate in my room was a very sweet touch i must say. i really appreciated the strong water pressure in the shower, providing hot water quickly whenever i needed it. the breakfast selection had plenty of choices and fresh orange juice (yes!).

The soundproofing between the rooms could use some improvement. I could hear noises from neighboring rooms.

the receptionists were polite and helpful and always ready to assist (always a plus). trevor at the desk gave great lunch recommendations nearby and i loved that. ana kept the breakfast buffet stocked well.

FABULOUS stay!

I found the reception staff very cute. I enjoyed a complimentary bottle of wine, water, and chocolates in the room. The breakfast selection offered a wide variety of drinks and foods. I REALLY appreciated the freshly squeezed orange juice, it was excellent.

thin walls poor soundproofing

The complimentary bottle of red wine in the room was a nice touch.

The walls were thin. I could clearly hear noises from other rooms (and the hallway!). This made it difficult to sleep soundly.

The location was convenient, near transportation options. i found a few coffee shops nearby for quick coffee. the reception staff was nice. They were helpful.

The street noise was excessive at night. It was very loud. i noticed flies repeatedly on the food during breakfast. the breakfast quality was not good and food was often not replaced quickly enough.
